Leveraging that corporate experience, D.SHIELDS entered and remains in the entrepreneurial and small company space where he has: Held a variety of executive positions (Managing Director, President & CEO, President, CFO, COO, Special Projects Manager, Advisory Board & Board of Directors); Navigated a variety of industries (enterprise software, internet, technology, software development & licensing, telecom & wireless, marketing and financial services); Successfully executed a broad range of transactions (formation, capitalization, debt & equity-based capital raises, M&A, reverse merger, licensing, partnership buyouts/resets); Managed multiple companies, including a publicly-traded entity raising $16M, completing a reverse merger and traded as #1 public OTC stock for 3 years running; and, Developed and implemented a unique suite of corporate readiness best practices helping companies successfully navigate KCE by establishing a structured and collaborative information base that results in a state of readiness supporting the business strategy. A Blue Hart Ventures Limited Founder.    Roman TORRIJOS- A Managing Director at Blue Hart Ventegy, has 18 years of experience in Financial and project services globally,  and groomed in upper-echelon public and private financial systems. Worked with public and private foundations for managing assets (physical and digital), off ledger. Currently, the past 10 years has been involved in a multitude of development projects and a new on line economic system for the private bridging of private to public assets, into digital cross border systems. Developed and seeded strategic partnerships among project developers private and public in America, and Asia, in fields of biotech, water, energy, inground resources, mining, agriculture, and space and energy applications for Nano reactor tech, along with many other technologies shelved for future applied research and development.

Jeffrey DAVIS - Managing Director at Blue Hart Ventegy. A CPA by trade(Canada), worked for KPMG Calgary, and Hong Kong offices. Thereafter, twenty-five years of hands-on experience in building businesses from his base in Hong Kong covering diverse industries and practices: M&A, private equity, fundraising, audit & taxation, investor and counsel Liaison in the areas of electronics engineering, intellectual property (biotech, engineering & music) including software development, biotech, and call centers and garments. Jeff specializes in structuring and implementation, fundraising, due diligence, financial reporting, cash flow management, managing financial growth, company secretarial (consistency and unity of governance), transfer pricing, financial distress/restructuring/dispute resolution, and management transition

Mr. Mohinder K. Sharma is an innovative entrepeneur commanding over 35+ years of experience for leading any project from concept to completion, including concept or product development, marketing , sales finance and managing any type of project.  Mr. Sharma has participated in the development of a multitude of technologies , projects and businesses in various types of fields such as semiconductors, computers, electronics, solar, wind, bio fuels, (such as ethanol and bio-diesel) , and agro industries.  Mr. Sharma is an expertin the fields of sustainable development and renewable energy technologies.  Mr. Sharma brings a unique perspective from being involved in development of countless technologies and industries in his pursuit for developing model self-sustainable communities built on technologically, economically, ecologically sound principals.  As a team leader, Mr. Sharma brings with him a very comprehensive management and technical  team experienced in working on projects for fortune 500 companies, with contact capabilities thru his multiplicity of personal and business contacts for international presence and business development in over 60 countries with a focus on United States, India, and Caribbean countries.

 Ms. ARLENE BENEDICT, Co-Founder, Honorary Director of Legal & Financial Affairs, and the Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Asli Blue Life (Group Conglomerate), is a senior executive with over forty years of technical, operational, assets management, trading and marketing expertise in the international finance as well as the energy and petrochemical industries.

Ms. Benedict has decades old relations include several top advisers to the Royal House of Sa’ud (Royal Family of Saudi Arabia), their Bankers, several Institutional Investors, and more, bringing together the very best expertise in Ministerial Relations, Oil & Petroleum Products, as well as Renewable Energy and Green Technologies Industries, and Investment Banking with a rich history with all of the Ministries in the Middle East, as well as most oher oil and gas producing nations and some of the largest crude refiners in the world such as in the countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Brazil, and Russia etc as a licensed mandate to market their products.

Ms. Benedict has done business with ARAMCO (Saudi Arabia), PETROBAS (Brazil), E -GAS (Egypt), ROSNEFT & GAZPROM (Russia), the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, India, and the Royal House of Sa’ud, under King Khalid, where she was President of Prince Faisal’s worldwide group of companies.

In addition to the above, Ms. Benedict liaisons structured finance transactions with one of the largest institutional bond house in the world, representing the elite of Wall Street, encompassing 144 major institutions and banks including but not limited to Citibank, Barclays, Deutsche, Swiss Bank etc. 

Additionally, Ms. Benedict is also registered with the Federal Reserve System as a Mandate for legally representing some of the largest Fed Traders in the world with access to Traders in Europe as well through her pre-existing seasoned relationships with major institutional Investors and banks.  Any bankers with access to the trade screens can perform their due diligence on her as she is checkable by simply pulling up her name on the Fed Screens.
